Strongman
Aiming for the Finnish Strongest Man? You can train with us in almost all of strongman events in one form or another. We have a completely separate section for the strongman in our gym.
Powerlifting
Several powerlifters compete in our gym. The facilities for benching, squatting and deadlifting are first class. All of these movements can be practised two or more at a time. We also have top quality Eleiko weights and barbells!
Improving your fitness
