STRONGMAN EVENTS
At FPC GYM, you can also practice strongman sports. Internationally better known as Strongman, this sport is based on measuring and competing in absolute strength. The most iconic strongman events include log press, Atlas stones, and various bag loading challenges.



STRONGMAN EVENTS
You don’t have to use the sport-specific equipment just for training absolute strength; bags, logs, and Atlas stones are also excellent for functional endurance training.
You can train these strongman events with us!

Log Press
Two logs of different sizes. Lift the log from the chest to overhead and back down to the mats.

Axle Press
A 50mm thick axle bar is lifted from the ground to the chest and then pressed overhead.

Circus Dumbbell
A loadable circus dumbbell is first lifted to the shoulder and then pressed overhead with one hand.

Sandbags
Sandbags are versatile. You can lift them to your shoulder, over a bar, or carry them for distance.

Front Hold
Take a barbell in your hands with your back against the wall. Hold the bar horizontally in front of you for as long as you can.

Atlas Stones
The gym has a metal loadable Atlas stone, as well as rubber balls. They’re great for loading over the crossbar of the yoke.

Yoke Walk
Put the yoke on your shoulders and start walking. The same equipment can be used for the Conan’s wheel.

Farmer’s Walk
Fill the farmer’s walk handles with weight plates and start carrying. This event tests your grip strength!

Viking press
In the Viking press, you press weights at the end of a lever arm overhead.

Truck pull
The truck pull simulator offers an opportunity to try truck pulling or even airplane pulling!
